Which Products Are Covered?

    • We have clearly marked the products to which the Best Price Guarantee applies with a badge on our website (www.koinclub.com).
    • If the Best Price Guarantee no longer applies to a product this badge will be removed but this will not affect any claims which relate to purchases made whilst the badge was showing.

What Does The Price Mean?

    • The Best Price Guarantee applies to the online advertised price inclusive of VAT only.
    • It does not apply to:
      1. any additional costs of the order such as delivery charges;
      2. pricing which results from reasonably apparent typographic errors; or
      3. any discounts like promotional codes, vouchers or prices only applicable to a certain group of customers (such as under a membership/reward scheme).
    • If we offer any voucher codes or other temporary promotions on products the Best Price Guarantee will not be applicable unless we specifically say so in the terms of the other promotion.

Requirements To Claim

  • We will only apply the Best Price Guarantee where the following conditions are met:
    1. It is for the same coin.
    2. We can verify the lower online price was offered at the time of or within 48 hours from the time of, your purchase from us.
    3. The coin was at the time you purchased from us or within the 48 hours after that time in stock and available for delivery within 14 days from our website (www.koinclub.com) and the website of the applicable other UK authorised distributor of The Royal Mint.

How To Make A Claim

  • To make a claim under the Best Price Guarantee please email us at support@thekoinclub.com
    to let us know that you wish to make a claim and our Customer Care Team we will email you a Claim Form.
  • Alternatively you can download the claim form HERE
  • You will then need to complete all sections of the Claim Form and return it to us at support@thekoinclub.com together with a screen shot or print(s) showing the following details:
    -Time and date.
    -Coin details.
    -Price.
    -Delivery times applicable (i.e. is it in stock and available for delivery within 14 days.
    - Website name/logo.
  • Completed Claim Forms must be sent to us within 5 days of your purchasing the coin from us.
  • If your claim qualifies we will refund you the difference between the price you paid and the applicable lower price plus 1p.
  • Refunds will be made by the method you used to pay for the coin and will usually be issued within 14 days.

  • Any decision regarding the application of the Best Price Guarantee to any claim is at our discretion.
