The Trojan War is one of the most legendary Greek mythology tales.

Soldiers led by the greatest Greek hero of all time, Achilles, laid siege to Troy over a lengthy 9 year period, yet the city remained impenetrable. 

Desperate to end the war, the Greeks devised a cunning plan. They built a giant wooden horse, known as the Trojan Horse, and left it outside the city walls as a supposed peace offering. The Trojans, unaware that Greek warriors were hidden inside, brought the horse within the city walls, believing it to be a victorious trophy.

That night, while the Trojans celebrated their perceived victory, the Greek warriors emerged from the horse and opened the city gates for the rest of the Greek army. Troy was ransacked, burned, and destroyed.
