Charles is a proud and doting grandfather to his grandchildren, and has spoken publicly about his joy at being a grandfather and the special bond he shares with his grandchildren.
Charles has five grandchildren in total: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, the children of Prince William and Kate Middleton; and Archie and Lilibet, the children of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Despite the geographical distance between him and some of his grandchildren Charles is reportedly very involved in their lives. He has spoken about reading stories to his grandchildren via video chat and sending them little gifts and presents.
