Rewards Club FAQs

Rewards Club is a new way for you to earn points, redeem points and enjoy great perks with The Koin Club.

Using your earned points is easy, at the checkout there is a handy widget whereby you can select how many of your points you would like to use and this instantly converts your points into real cash that discounts your order total.

You can choose to redeem all of just part of your points total, it’s completely up to you.

For every purchase that you make you will earn 5 points per £1 spent, there are also a number of other ways to earn points, take a look at the Rewards Club page for more information

Any points earnt will remain active for 12 months before they expire, but don’t worry we will let you know if you have earned points that are about to expire.

In order for you to receive your birthday gift voucher, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. 

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. 

If you redeem your Rewards Club points towards an order and later decide to make a return, your points will be credited back to your Rewards Club account to be used again.

Any points that you earn for a purchase that you then return will be deducted from your Rewards Club account.
