1. Introduction

2.1 The Safe.Post service offers protection against loss, theft, or damage of items in transit, with an aim for prompt resolution.
2.2 The Service applies only to items dispatched by us where the Safe.Post protection has been purchased alongside the order.
3. Eligibility and Activation
3.1 To be eligible for the Service, you must:
- Purchase the Safe.Post protection at the time of ordering the item.
- Provide accurate and complete identification and order information upon request.
4. Claims Procedure
4.1 In the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit, you must contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and provide:

- Valid identification as requested.
- Any additional information or documentation we may reasonably require to assess your claim.

6. Coverage Limits and Exclusions
6.1 Coverage Limits:
- Our maximum liability per item under the Service is limited to £1,000, which represents either the purchase price of the item or the cost of replacement, whichever is lower.
6.2 Exclusions:
- The Service does not cover:
- Items not dispatched by us.
- Claims made without sufficient identification or order information.
- Situations where the item has not been dispatched or has already been successfully delivered.
- Loss, theft, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

8.1 You may cancel the Safe.Post service and receive a full refund of the Service fee provided you notify us before the item has been dispatched.
8.2 We reserve the right to cancel the Service and refund the Safe.Post fee if we have valid reasons, such as suspected misuse of the Service. In such cases, we will notify you of the cancellation and the reasons for it.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

10.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
